Every morning before breakfast there will be a 1 hour yoga session to gently wake and recharge the mind and body. You will feel amazing and set up for the day ahead. After breakfast John will take you on a guided walk (2-3 hr) taking in the local sites, and breathing the pure country air while putting the world to rights. After a delicious lunch the afternoons are purely for relaxing. Enjoy a treatment (see below), read by the pool, snooze in a hammock or go sightseeing before you return late afternoon for your second yoga session. The afternoon yoga sessions take place outside and are 1.5 hour each afternoon. It's such a treat to be outside in the sunshine or in a shady spot under a tree surrounded by nature, trees and flowers. It helps us to feel really connected to the earth and at one with ourselves. The afternoon class is great for stretching muscles used in the morning walks as Yoga elongates the muscles whereas most exercise shortens them. Yoga invigorates and strengthens the body so that you will feel energised and revitalised. After supper there is a candlelit half hour relaxation and meditation session that is the perfect way to end the day. It's a chance to breathe, stretch, relax and float off to bed afterwards.

Aromatherapy towels and candles and oils

Over the course of the week you will also receive 2 x 50 minute treatments of either deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage, reflexology, Indian head massage and healing. These holistic treatments can either be enjoyed outside or inside in the treatment room. Claire uses her intuition and skills as an experienced therapist to give each guest the best treatment that is right for them in order to help recharge and relax the mind, body and spirit.
