Jenny Halstead - Artist and Tutor
After studying Art and Design in Surrey and a guest scholarship to the Royal Academy schools, Jenny has had a distinguished career as a freelance medical artist and scientific illustrator.
Form and colour on figure and landscape and how they interact with light is what fascinates Jenny. In 2000 she returned to the freedom of fine art to rediscover the excitement of a wider range of media and now exhibits and tutors in oil, acrylic, watercolour and pastels.
Enthusiastic and skilled as both artist and teacher Jenny will be a perfect companion on your artistic journey whatever your starting point.
